OhioHealth Stroke Network

Via the OhioHealth Stroke Network, we use advanced telemedicine to connect the emergency teams at Berger Health System to specialists in critical care and stroke at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital and OhioHealth Grant Medical Center.

By enabling real-time communication between our hospitals, we help patients quickly receive the most advanced stroke treatment and appropriate interventions they need, saving valuable time and lives. After initial evaluations and tests are completed, the OhioHealth stroke team can help determine whether the patient should remain at Berger or be transferred to an OhioHealth certified stroke center.
