Central Scheduling representatives can be reached to schedule outpatient services,by calling 740.474.7701. (Laboratory and x-ray services are available on a walk-in basis with a provider order.)

Patient Registration

Once you arrive to the hospital, you will need to check in at one of the registration areas, conveniently located at the front entrance and also in the Emergency Department area. If you have any questions regarding registration prior to your procedure, call 740.420.8370.
