Leah Maderia, M.D., obstetrics and gynecology, and Barbara Poole, certified nurse midwife, are now accepting patients at the
Pickaway Health Services (PHS) Grove City office, 6024 Hoover Road.
Dr. Maderia is joining the PHS obstetrics and gynecology practice of Drs. David Goldfarb and Joy Shields in August. Prior to
Dr. Maderia's arrival, Barbara Poole, RN and certified nurse midwife, is beginning to see patients at the Grove City location.
Poole is an advanced practice nurse and has over 25 years of experience in obstetrics and women's health.
Dr. Maderia and Poole specialize in women-centered care to meet the individual needs of their patients. They are dedicated to
actively listening to patients and working with them to create choices in their health care plan. They assist in developing
birthing plans and focus on low intervention deliveries. They also provide family planning, birth control options, and annual
exams.
