Kenny McCray is a computer specialist in the MIS department. He started with Berger in 2004, and is currently a technical
consultant providing skilled assistance to internal departments concerning computer operations. He also assists with the
evaluation and integration of new technology.
Andy Chileski, corporate vice president of MIS, said, "Kenny goes out and does hos job with the 'happy to help you' personality
that he is known for. He is always willing to work over and go that extra mile to make sure the customer is taken care of."

Imaging Services Manager.
Linda Durham is a tech assistant in the imaging services department. Linda joined the health system in 2001, and is
currently responsible for providing general and clerical support to the imaging services department. She has been instrumental in
assisting the department through many changes over the past few years, including spearheading the patient record labeling process,
acting as the main resource for employees during the transition to an almost exclusively computer-based system, assisting during
the transition to a new radiology group, and providing support as the department moves from film to digital processing.
Michelle Bone-Minor, imaging services manager, said, "The most impressive aspect of Linda's persona is her absolute dedication
to our department and Berger. She completely embodies every aspect of Berger's values."
Both employees received $100, a designated parking space at the hospital for the quarter, and a plaque.
