Canal Winchester Art Guild Members
A note from the Canal Winchester Art Guild:
Founded in 1998 by fourteen charter members, the Canal Winchester Art Guild (CAWG) is an art group dedicated to promoting and
furthering the visual arts in and around the Canal Winchester area. Our charter members wanted to share ideas, display their work,
have meaningful and educational programs or workshops and have an art impact on the community. The Canal Winchester area is
blessed with many talented artists who work in a variety of media. Among our members are those skilled in drawing, painting,
photography, sculpting, fiber art, framing, jewelry design, mixed-media, ceramics, and printmaking. Our membership boasts a
wide variety of professions from professional artists to the self-taught, including several members who are not artists but share
their love of art through their sponsorship and support.
We've come a long way since our inception in 1998 and have grown to 42 members and have truly made an impact on our community.
Our talents are shared on a volunteer basis for many community events. We continue to be accepted for group exhibits in Columbus
and the surrounding communities, receiving great respect for the quality of work we show. CWAG continues to be a member in the
Downtown Association and regularly participates in events supporting the revitalization of the Canal Winchester downtown
business district.

The mission of the ArtsaRound Gallery at Berger is to foster the relationship between art and healing by providing a venue for
artists, primarily from, but not limited to, Pickaway County and the regional area, to offer their work for the aesthetic
pleasure of patients, visitors, and staff. The initiatives of this unique program also contribute to the success of Berger
