Berger Health System is offering flu shots to the community!

Flu Shot Clinic

Thursday, October 26 - 4:00-7:00 p.m.
Berger Ambulatory Care Center
1434 Circleville Plaza Drive, Circleville
(Adjacent to Super Wal-Mart)
Cost:
$20 per person
(Note: the $20 charge for Medicare recipients will be billed to Medicare.)

The clinic is open to all adults. Pediatric doses NOT available.

No pre-registration necessary.
