Fitch Joins Berger as Patient Financial Services Manager

Circleville, OH -- May 14, 2004 Phillip Fitch recently joined Berger Health System as the Patient Financial Services Manager. In this role, he is responsible for running timely and accurate billing and collections processes for Berger. He also initiates, develops and maintains policies and procedures, and coordinates with other departments to ensure effective operations and communications.

Most recently, Fitch worked as the Director of Business Operations at Pike Community Hospital in Waverly, Ohio. In addition, he serves as an adjunct faculty member for the Health Management Curriculum at Shawnee State University.

Fitch received a master's degree in health administration from Ohio University, a bachelor's degree in natural science and an associate's degree in medical laboratory technology from Shawnee State University.
