Berger's Massage Program Expands to Meet Growing Demand

Circleville, OH -- July 22, 2004 The Massage Therapy Program at Berger Health System has recently been expanded to meet the growing demand among area residents for massage services. The expansion includes a second treatment room, and two additional licensed massage therapists.

"Our massage program has received an overwhelming response by community members," said Diane Eaton, Wellness Director. "I think this is a result of an increased awareness among individuals about the many benefits offered by massage."

"Our massage therapists strive to offer convenient and easily accessible appointments, which is the primary reason for expanding our program," added Eaton. "The demand for services continues to increase, and we don't want clients to have to wait several weeks for an appointment."

Berger's professional staff now includes four licensed massage therapists: Jennifer Brown, Laurie Cole, Misty Stewart and Tiffany Wright. They offer all current forms of massage, including Swedish therapy, pressure point therapy and sports massage. In addition, Misty Stewart is trained and certified in reflexology. This technique, which applies systematic pressure to reflex points in the hands and feet, is used to release energy throughout the body. It brings relief to a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.

Take advantage of a special promotion during the month of August and receive any 30-minute massage or reflexology session for $20 or a one-hour session for $40. Regular cost is $27 for 30 minutes, $48 for one hour. This offer is not valid on the purchase of gift certificates.
