The Berger Hospital Gift Shop recently purchased 22 educational videos for the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Unit at
Berger Health System.
These videos, as well as many others, are available for loan to patients in the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab Program. They provide
additional learning on topics such as nutrition, breathing and cardio problems, heart failure and medications.
"We appreciate this immensely," said Sue Truesdale, C.R.T., Pulmonary Rehab Coordinator. "It is extremely important to provide
patients with current, valuable resources. With the support from the Gift Shop, we can do that."
Proceeds from the Berger Hospital Gift Shop help support the purchase of patient care equipment at Berger Hospital. Over $35,000
of support has been provided in 2003.
