Bell Named Employee of the Year at Berger

Circleville, OH -- December 29, 2003 Heidi Bell was named Berger Health System's Employee of the 4th Quarter and Employee of the Year during the Annual Holiday Party on December 19 at the Deer Creek Resort.

Bell is an outpatient physical therapist and has been employed by Berger for three years.

Bell said her favorite part of her job is working with patients to improve function, independence and quality of life. She said she also loves the close teamwork approach in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department.

According to Gunni Long, Clinical Manager of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, "Bell is our 'Spirit Leader;' she orchestrates our 'Fun in the Workplace.' She is an excellent clinician and all her patients love her. Our whole department was very knowledgeable when CARF and JCAHO came due to her hard work. She made learning fun. She is a wonderful asset to our department."

Bell resides in Circleville with her husband, Jay, and son, Jake.
