Living with Diabetes Education Program
Thursdays, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. or Tuesdays, 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Berger Hospital, 600 North Pickaway Street
These classes are by appointment only. They include a complete history and
assessment, nutrition consult, causes of diabetes, acute and chronic
complications, monitoring, and daily living concerns.

Cost: Covered by most insurance, pre-certification prior to starting classes.
